What if I have changed my mind about an item?
We want to inspire and delight you with your jewelry purchase, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss options.  Unfortunately we can not accept returns for earrings due to health and safety guidelines.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
If you have received an item that was damaged during shipping or the item you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Please take photos of the packaging and damages for insurance.  Mandana Studios must be notified of any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement items.

Can I return a custom order?
No, you can not return a custom order. 

Can I return earrings?
No, you can not return earrings.

Can I return Sale/Clearance items?
No, you can not return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to relevant consumer legislation).

How do I return my purchase?
Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return.  DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO US FIRST.  You’ll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.
Items should be returned in their original unworn condition and with the original packaging. Include a copy of your returns slip or shipping or order confirmation email in the package.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long do I have to return my purchase?
You may return new items purchased from Mandana Studios online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our refund policy.

When will I receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item at our studio. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.

How will I be refunded?
We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order. For Credit Card and PayPal payments, your refund will be credited into the same account your payment originated from.

I want you to be delighted with your purchase so please ask questions before you buy. Make sure to read measurements and descriptions carefully as jewelry is magnified in the photos to show detail. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We want to inspire and delight you with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

In this returns policy, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to Mandana Studios.

Returns Policy
    • You may return new items sold and fulfilled online by Mandana Studios within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

    • Contact our Customer Care team at MandanaDesigns@gmail.com to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.

    • Items should be returned in their original unworn condition and with the original product packaging and with all paperwork (such as payment receipt). Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.

  • All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery (such as Canada Post 'Extra Cover') to safeguard against loss.  If you return an item without tracking and insurance, your refund will not be processed.
 
  • Special orders and pieces of jewelry hand-made to customer specification are not eligible for the 14 Day Change of Mind Policy.  Please contact me to discuss options.

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.

We will refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Mandana Studios will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.

Definition of 'As New Condition': The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of "As New Condition" is at the sole discretion of Mandana Studios

Special orders and pieces of jewelry hand-made to customer specification are not eligible for the 14 Day Change of Mind Policy

Governing law

This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
