How much does shipping cost?
All orders for delivery within Canada and the United States will be shipped free of charge. International Orders will be charged based on actual shipping calculated at check out. All orders are shipped with tracking (included in the shipping cost).
How long will my delivery take?
I work hard to protect my customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. I undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most ready to ship orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment. Custom orders will vary depending on creation time, which will be discussed before ordering.
Once your order has been approved to ship:
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT charges and import charges required by their own country that are levied at the time of delivery. Please contact your postal system for information. Mandana Studios is bound by law to declare the full purchase value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. Mandana Design Studios will not be able to declare a lower value.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.
I’ve missed my delivery, what now?
If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
From this website you can make purchases for delivery to Canada, U.S.A. addresses. We require correct and complete addresses, including your full name and at least one contact telephone number. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Box Numbers.
To purchase and ship to other countries, please contact me for shipping estimates prior to making a purchase.
Can I change my delivery address?
We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of your cleared payment, to the shipping address specified at checkout, if you wish to have it shipped to a different address let me know at time of purchase. Please allow 2-7 business days for Domestic delivery depending on your location
