BUMBLE BEE JASPER RING

Flight of the Bumble Bee!
I love this ring :) I set the Bumble Bee Jasper in fine silver bezel and then added tiny flowers and a cute little bee with his swirly little twirls. A beautiful fine silver leaf that was sculpted from a real leaf, accents the stone. This is a very whimsical ring! I set all this on a nice wide sterling silver band that has a flower and swirl pattern.

​Bumble Bee Jasper (or Bumblebee) is actually a combination of volcanic matter, anhydrite, hematite, sulfur, arsenic, etc. There is much debate over whether it is a true jasper or an agate, as some have called it. The lovely patterns on this stone often imitate the coloring found on bumblebees, hence the name.
