This is a stunning statement necklace! I handmade the fine silver setting with a unique texture I created. Then I set the huge K2 Jasper cabochon stone in a scalloped bezel and accented with silver balls. The necklace is strung with quartz and sodalite beads and silver accent beads. To finish it off I handmade the fine silver toggle clasp with the same texture. This necklace is gorgeous and will be a piece you will love to wear.

This rather exotic new gem material is so named because it was mined at the base of the highest peak in that part of the country, K2, second in height only to Mt. Everest. Metaphysically , this material is a good grounding and protective stone , useful for meditation and eliminating negativity.
